Return and Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. If you find yourself in need of a return or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, we're here to assist you. However, please note that after 30 days, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
For us to process your return or exchange, please ensure the following:

- Your item must remain unused and in its original condition, just as you received it.
- Keep the item in its original packaging.
- Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Remember, only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded. If your purchase was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we'll issue a gift credit for the return's value.

Exchanges:
We're happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us below, and we'll provide you with instructions on where to send your item.

Exempt Goods:
Certain items are exempt from refunds, including:
- Gift cards

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as when an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We may request photos as proof to determine if an item qualifies for a refund. If accepted under these conditions, we'll guide you through the return process and notify you once we receive the item and approve your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and you'll see the credit applied within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Shipping:
Please refrain from sending the product back to the manufacturer. Instead, it should be shipped to the address provided by Calming Captures.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location, so please be patient.
